A couple of old blokes were walking down the street and saw a
sign "Come on in - glass of beer ten cents".
Thinking it must be a mistake they went in and sure enough the barman
poured them a beer each and charged them ten cents.
When questioned, the barman replied, "I won $20m in the lottery and
just wanted to share it with my friends. Beer, wine, liquor, it
doesn't matter - I am happy to do it".
The two old blokes noticed a group of half a dozen men sitting nearby
but not drinking at all. One asked the barman, 'What's up with them?"
The barman replied, "Oh they are members of the local woodturning
club. They will sit there until the happy hour starts and want their
drinks for half price".
