Hi,
I watched with interest a build by Crowie. It was a Peterbilt semi that was made with different timbers.
I thought I would attempt to make a truck based on Crowie's design using timbers that I have tried to source locally.
Most of the timbers were sourced within 300kms of Charleville. The engine compartment is made from beefwood. The cab, diesel tanks and wheel arches are made from Tallowwood. The sleeper is made from 5 pieces Blackwood from Emerald Wood Workers.
I still have to make a trailer. Here are some photos so far.
Thanks for looking.
