External Door with Openable Awning window insert

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a 820 or 720 external timber door with an openable window instead of the standard glass inserts. It will be used in the bathroom to access a light well. The window is needed for normal ventilation and natural lighting into the bathroom



Seems impossible to source a ready made one but I did find a picture of one for NZ on the net after endless hours of googling



Can I just get a normal door and replaced the glass insert with an awning aluminum window ?
