Guys, I am reluctantly selling my Mars "Great Scot" lathe. Swing of 10 " and I think its 23" between centres. (Not sure how to meausre this. This lathe is old but in good working condition. It has one tooth missing off the bull gear. There are some feed gears available but not a complete set. There will be some tooling but not much. I have some measuring tools I can sweeten the deal with if someone gets close. The lathe is in Bomaderry NSW. I am selling only because I need to machine brake disks and drums for vintage cars and I dont have enough swing, nor does it have the power for this work. Its a handy lathe which turns fairly true. It would suit modeler or amateur who doesnt need all
the bells and whistles. I have fitted a betalon belt to it so the old canvas one has gone to God. I can dismantle partially to load on to trailer or truck if required. I have manpower here. More pics available if you pm me. Lathes.uk has more.
