retrofit of double glazing

anyone know of any decent double glazing products that can be retrofitted to existing windows? that's actually a double redundancy, right there. what i want is a product or even an idea of how to create the same effect, a thermal barrier, as double glazing in existing plate glass shop windows. any suggestions?
