Hey guys, currently landscaping around my new shed (4 car) and was undecided about whether to do a concrete pathway beside the shed (fence side) or gravel. The shed itself is a 2 car wide, 2 car deep drivethrough shed. So the side of the shed is not really going to be used for anything, nor will i need to use it for access at all. Its about 2000mm between shed and fence at the front and 1400mm between shed and fence at the back. Then i decided to maybe lay some turf in there. It gets reasonable amounts of sun light through there, and the storm water all being hooked up means its not usually soggy, only thing is with heavy rain it might stay damp there for a few days. I will be turfing other parts of the yard soon also, so this is why i considered it. I have previously been laying sir walter around the place while doing various projects. How would this handle such an area. I could concrete it cheap, but then the concrete requires cleaning every now and then, and unless you are on top of it can look bad with age. Gravel would require probably some stepping stones and a fair bit of ground work to do it. Obviously trying cost effective methods, or id have some nice stone pavers or something.
