Rockwell Table saw

Hi, I am on a bit of a budget and would like to purchase a table saw. I seen a Rockwell one at Mitre 10 (http://ift.tt/1lfy9Y2) and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them and if they are any good. They are currently on sale for $299 at the moment.
