Can you cut down a door to fit????

Hi,

First post and so very new to renovating. I would like to replace our interior doors which I have just measured they are 2020mm high by 810mm now when I look on buntings and such sites there doors are 2040 x 820 could I get someone to cut/shave down these doors to fit?
