First off, Seasons greetings to you all from a very wet but warm North Yorkshire, UK. :)
Some of you may remember the thread about "Weldon Countersinks" and sharpening them. Well I came across this thread:
Describing a jig to do the job. I said that it might make an interesting project to build one.
So a little while ago I started hunting around for bits of metal that were suitable for use. This thread is very much a build log.
Since there are a lot of pictures involved I'm going to break it down into several posts.
