I received a PM from a bloke in Holland asking for plans for a toy Mobile Crane that had featured in Australian Woodworker Mag Nov/Dec 1987. He combed the web and found me asking for a very early copy of AWW to complete my collection. Sure enough, within 10 minutes I located the issue. I was blown away at the technology involved in a simple request.
Previous to the above I have been able to help out a bloke in South Africa, England and a couple here with information of an ELU TGS172 flip over saw that were made over 30 years ago.
The web has really shrunk the world and brought people scattered around the world to my notice for some assistance. I feel quite humbled by the experience
