Looking for workshop space in SE Melbourne (St Kilda area)

Hi all,

I'm after some space, doesn't necessarily have to have tools, just need an area to work casually from. Also needs to be enough room for storing my work and wood.

Any leads/suggestions/offers would be greatly appreciated.
