Shaker style kitchen.

Hi i am a hobbyist and usually work in recycled timbers. The next project i am planning is a shaker style kitchen in Australian hardwood, not sure what species yet.I would appreciate if anyone can help with suppliers of new timber and plywood ( i plan to use 6mmm ply for the door panels) . I live in the Blue Mountains so suppliers in western Sydney would be a great help.
