Anyone laid turf blocks?

I've got a job to quote, Its for the communal parking spaces in a block of units which are currently on grass. The body corporate want me to lay turf blocks to stop the grass from compacting and generally looking untidy. Anyone ever laid these or know much about them? I see now there is a plastic version called "grass cells". I have been asked to quote on the cement block type and lay them on a base of compacted crushed rock.
