I have a Universal Dovetail Kit, made in Taiwan that I bought many years ago when I lived in Melbourne, probably from Carba-Tec. It would have to be at least 15 years old.
It has never been used and first time I took it out of the box was to take these photos. I don't remember what I pad for it so I am hoping that my asking price I price is reasonable/fair. $50
