where to find window gasket/rubber?

Does anyone know what this is called and where to get it? Windows Gasket Front View 2.jpgWindows Gasket Side View.jpgWindows Gasket Front View 1.jpg it's on surrounding the window glass.., it doesnt look like weathershield..
