ok, its been a while since i posted on this job. the original post is here http://ift.tt/1wGTU69
here are a few pics on how I did it, (not bad for a plumber lol)

so the main problem was using the reclaimed trainsleepers which would have heated up underneath the pizza oven and eventually collapsed! the other problem was that to keep the warranty for the pizza oven, it needed a 1.2m x 1.2m x 80mm concrete slab to sit on. plus the problem of heating the wood and the creosote rising into the food area (inside the oven)
well this is how i fixed it;
pic 1. pour slab and build bessa block wall
pic 2. drop in steel frame, cut the gust out of 5 sleepers. (steel frame has a shelf at the same height as the bottom of the door, and it is covered in mesh to hold my wood for cooking)
pic 3. put a front and back sleeper on then bolt the lot together with all thread rod going completely through all sleepers. there are two at each end.
pic 4. lay in some cement sheet and reo
pic 5. pour in some more concrete and dress it off
pic 6. paint the concrete with the same stuff i used on the garage floor
pic 7. install 500kg pizza oven
pic 8. put timber frame around bessa block wall and clad in mini orb. make a timber frame door and clad in mini orb. and finally, FIRE THAT SUCKER UP!!!!!!
now that its been in for a while the colour difference in the sheets of mini orb are gone!
it took me a couple of weeks, working in the dark after work, but I hope you will agree that it turned out well!
