Groovers, I have the opportunity to purchase a used Harrison L5 lathe locally and I just wanted some opinions on them. I am a woodworker by nature so this metal working is a little strange to me.
The lathe need a good clean, it has both steadies, chuck and live centre, 4 jaw and 3 jaw chuck and a mercer dial inicator of unknown condition. Motor is 3 phase. Distance from there to here is 22km.
I know they are English and usually pommie toys are of high standards.
Any Harrison lathe owners out there?
