It comes with 3 blades, one new, one on the machine and one missing 2/3 teeth. It also comes with a grinder and it's also super user friendly (idiot proof actually) and super easy to use. Only minutes to sharpen teeth and you're ready to go again. I purchased this mill to cut logs that were felled to clear our property. Those logs have been milled and now selling the mill.
