Move to Tassie

I`m seriously considering a move to west coast Tassie from Sydney.I already have acres in Qld but weighing up the pros & cons whilst it being ten minutes to town doesn`t provide me the comfort of having a decent hospital close by such like Queenstown does. (ex quad bypass). I`m still able bodied so walking/pushbike is no problem. I prefer the cooler climate anyway.Probably buy an older house not neccessarily on any acre/s & will definately cull my hoardings/collections as would rather move with less. So just wondering if any one else has done this move & how`d it work out for you?
