A friend of mine at Bracken Ridge (Northside Brisbane) has a Mango Tree that came down in a recent storm. He has booked the tree lopper for Thursday to cut it up and take it away (most of it will get chipped). He is happy for some to go to woodturners, but cannot put timber aside for people who say they want some and never turn up! Otherwise, it will cost him more to have somebody come back at a later date to remove it. Branches are 1 -2 foot in diameter. If you are interested in taking a few pieces, they MUST be picked up by Saturday afternoon at the latest.
PLEASE BE FAIR: ONLY RESPOND TO THIS AD IF YOU ARE 100% SURE YOU WILL BE TAKING IT BY THIS SATURDAY AFTERNOON (and have means to collect it, trailer, ute, 4WD).
No help will be provided with loading, so bring your muscles (or a friend).
