Hardwood weatherboards needed for 1890's cottage renno. NSW

I have an old cottage in the NSW Southern Highlands that has suffered the ravages of time but is still structurally sound enough to be renovated. Not that I am a builder, but I love the idea of preserving a bit of history and am willing to learn on the job. I'm trying to track down some matching hardwood weatherboards (and building material) to maintain the integrity of the building (the weatherboard has a simple 'V' shape). Any leads greatly appreciated. Cheers
