I have picked up a "new" blade for my C10 scrub plane. The blade is 2 inches wide. I don't want to reshape the original blade, but I'd like to camber the replacement and advice varies from a 3 inch radius to an 8 inch radius.
I gather the consensus here is mostly in favour of 3 inch radius camber, but as the blade is 2 inches wide am not sure if that is the best way to go.
Does anyone here have any experience with cambers on a C10 (2 inch wide blade)?
