I picked this circle cutter up at the markets a few weeks ago. At the time, I was assuming that it was leather circle cutter, but I've since wondered why you would need a heavily-sprung centre point on a leather tool. I know nothing about this tool, and an internet search has turned up nothing like it. I was wondering if anyone could shed any light on it. (Note: It has no markings/branding and the top of the centre-point round bar has a short internal thread (but not the same thread as the handle thread). The grub screws are imperial. Thanks in advance!
