I had a mate that did a bit of plumbing work for me . He knew that I had a workshop and asked me to make him a box for his chainsaw for the back of his ute for payment.
Its made from 150yr old Jarrah floorboards so he was happy with the rustic look. Its got a recessed lid so he can store stuff like files extra chains etc. Then enough room for the saw and Jerry cans also
Coated in 20 coats of raw linseed with turns and dovetailed joins. Mate was very happy with it. It has 4 handles 2 at either end for two people to carry and 2 more on the sides so he can carry it underarm.
