I've started restoring my 1920's Van Norman Re-Li-o No2 cylindrical grinder.
Got the workhead apart yesterday and found the front nose is a collet holder. The 'collet' in it was modified with a brazed on drive disk. But the hollow draw bar going through the workhead looks standard. I've seen it on several photos of other machines.
Having some collets for it would be good, but I can't find any standard collets with these dimensions.

Maybe someone has come across something like it. If not, I could probably make some and grind them to suit on the machine itself after hardening.
