Tool Restoration Supplies

I have been using industrial vinegar from the Big Green Shed since I can't find a source of citric acid. When I ask there, I get blank looks.



Can anyone point me in the right direction?



I imagine that ordering it in powdered form over the internet (a kilo of suspicious looking white powder coming through the post), may not be the best option.
