This is a 330 mm wide segmented head bench mount thicknesser. Carba-Tec describe it as a spiral head. It is on its own stand, but could easily be used on a bench of your choice. It gives a great quality finish and is relatively quiet because of the cutter head design. The removable and replaceable cutters have two cutting edges and can be rotated if they become blunt or damaged. The standard cutters are HSS but tungsten carbide cutters are available from Carba-Tec. This machine is less than two years old and has had only light hobbyist use.
This is not an auction. The price is $400, just under half the current new price. Pick up from Seventeen Mile Rocks, Qld 4073 would be best because pack and freight would be difficult without the original box. However, you could arrange your own courier (at your cost) if you wished.
