QLD 6" Jointer

mardi 11 novembre 2014

I'm starting to clear out my machinery as I have churned over to hand tools only. I bought this jointer from an old woodworking teacher at TAFE who has passed away now, it works flawlessly and has aided me for a couple years. It's strong and solidly built, I know it's made in Taiwan but I don't know exactly what brand it is. It could be a craftsman but then it may not however it is an excellent piece of machinery.

It is single phase 3/4hp which will suit any home/workshops need. The table is very solid and dead flat and the fence locks in great witth no movement. To be honest it is some what hurtful to sell considering the garbage coming out of China. I know if I were ever to return to machine work I would struggle to find a machine like this.

I'm also offering as a package a set of brand new blades, a magnetic jointer jig which is the best thing I bought for this. It is easy to use and set the blades with the aid of this jig.

I'm asking a humble $450, I need the space and I enjoy my hand tools so it's up for grabs.
