This is a reminder that the Shenton Park Annex of RPH is closing down and is offering most of its remaining stuff (hospital equipment, furniture, fixtures and fittings) to WA mens sheds.
Your mens shed should know about this as all Men's sheds were contacted but few have taken up the offer. They will have the contact details.
The Manning Mens shed fellas have spent 3 days there with up to 7 guys with 3 trailers and the stuff we have picked up is quite amazing
This is what we picked up today
- 12 steel lockers
- 4 office chairs
- 1 2 Drawer filing cabinet
- 1 stainless steel trolley
- 8 stainless steel bollards
- 1 set of outdoor plastic seating with 6 seats
- 2 folding tables
- 1 2HP dust extractor and 4 m of dust extraction hose
- 1 bench top circular saw
- 1 benchtop router table
- 4 plastic stools
- 1 flammables cupboard
- 1 set of welding curtains
- 1 large steel plate
- 1 first aid kid
- 2 sets of large steel shelves with assorted drawers and shelves
- 2 gas pumps and assorted medical gas pressure gauges and fittings
- 2 electrically powered linear actuators and 6 pressurised lift arms
- 3 MT adapters 2/3 3/4 4/5 etc
- ~50 kg of lead and ~80kg steel weights
- 1 steel tea trolley
- assorted sheet plate and alunimum signs
- assorted towels and lab coats
- assorted sheets of plywood - various thickness
- assorted stainless steel plaster cutting instruments
- assorted extension cords, electrical flex, electronic components and batteries
- assorted pieces and sheets of plastics PVC, PE, Acrylic and PP
- assorted stainless steel strap
- assorted cleaning products, office stationery, and kitchen and bathroom items
This offer lasts for about another week before the site is cleaned up for demolition.
