I know this is a building, not a Reno. query - but just in case someone knows...
After a long time getting a design done and doing some reno to a third of the house, I now realise that I might just have to knock down and rebuild.
I'm looking at volume builders so far (metricon, simmonds, porter Davis, ausralian building group, Turnkey Homes)
Has anyone had good or bad experiences with these builders?
Turnkey's site costs are included as a fixed price (though designs not that great).
