Incra Fence for table saw/router table

Ok so I have a 10" Carbatec contractors saw, the fence drives me insane as I have to set it a few mm out as when I lock it down it moves a few mm to its final place. I also am about to start building a router table which may be built into my saws wing, this brings me to my question,

A - is it possible to install an Incra fence system that will act as both a fence for my saw and a fence for my router table?

B - is it worth doing?
