timber sizes

very tight budget so want to recycle

have some timber here is 70 x 30 approx pine ( some dressed some not ) can i use this to build wall framing ? interior ( dividing walls ) and external ( need to fill in end of verandah )

also what is spacing for studs 350 or 400 ml centers
