So I have a little project on the go. I am building a Batmobile. Below is what the finished product will look like
As you can see the car sits very low. But I will have adjustable air suspension to lift it up when needed.
So it will need to be trailered around a lot and I need ideas on a trailer that will have very low approach and ramp over angles.
I currently have a standard car trailer and that will never ever work (1) cause of the angles involved (2) this car is too long and (3) this car is too wide
So the car is about 5.5m long, and 2.1m wide at the widest point.
I have a few ideas in mind but I wanted to see what ideas other people may be able to come up with.
The width of 2.1m will cause the biggest issue with most standard trailers as they are usually max of 2m (or less) between the guards.
I was thinking of a design similar to this, but there are issues with air pressures and the size of the bags needed:
