triton 2000 sawtable top

I have acquired a secondhand 2000. I am rechecking the setup and cannotfigure out how to secure the top.

With the thumbholes latched the top can be wobbled up and down if you lift one side.

Is that OK/normal???

Are there any setup videos that might help me?
