Are Hand Crank Pepper Grinder Mechanisms in Australia ?

I'm trying to source some hand crank pepper/spice grinder mechanisms.



Something like the following photo:

Woodcraft in the USA have the above mechanism, but as usual freight costs are rather high. Does anyone know whether these mechanisms (or something similar) are available in Australia ?
