Normally I'm pretty good at identifying old tools since my dad used to be a junk collector as well as a cow cocky. Today though I got this in a box of rusty old stuff I purchased at the market and I have no idea. The bit in the middle has a blade and it has a screw hole on the end of the thicker peice.
