Planning to make a pendant in the shape of a pentacle (hollow 5 point star) from a piece of scrap cast iron, have no access to proper machinery and would deeply appreciate advice on how to go about this using handtools. I can make the basic shape with a file but I'm stumped as to how to remove the inside parts. Thank you for your time and advice :)
