Bolger Old Shoe for sale in NSW

Found an advertisement on woodenboat.com.au for a Bolger Old Shoe (or Oldshoe??) for sale in NSW. Actually there are a couple of Youtube videos of this boat sailing on Newcastle harbour and it does look like a very nice boat.
