Air compressor help

Hi all,

I'm currently looking for an air compressor that will allow me to spray paint and run some of my tools in the shed.

I'll be using also some nail guns, sanders etc.

from some research it seems like I need to get something bigger than 10 or 12 cfm.

These are quite expensive (close to 1k or more) but I found these two on eBay and would love for you to help me on which to buy as well as checking if the specs are good. The price is fairly cheap for what it supposed to deliver in air flow.
