Baileigh Industrial Table Saws

Does anybody have any experience/opinions regarding Baileigh Industrial products/sales/service? I am considering one of their table saws as a replacement for my Woodman SB1012. It's apparent they are similar to the Laguna and Harvey models but, as is often the case, the support makes a huge difference down the track which I have found out the hard way with my Woodman.

I am considering one of these two:

Entry Level Cabinet Saw TS-1040E-30 | Baileigh Industrial

Riving Knife Table Saw TS-1040P-30 | Baileigh Industrial
