Moulding Machine from Norway(?)

Hi All,

Sometime ago I came across and article somewhere on this site regarding a homemade moulding machine from a woodworker in Norway(?) or Scandinavia. Apparently the woodworker was famous.

From memory the machine was an almost ratchet (template) design that used friction with a steel blade, to wear the strips of timber away into the most intricate designs after successive passes and using different templates.

I have spent hours trying to find the link, with no success. So the question - does anyone know what I am referring to, or have a link?
