Wasn't sure the best place to ask for a reference, so I thought I'd start here. We've just bought a place in Mt Martha, and the only thing I'm a little worried about is the balcony. It survived the jump test (or I did) and it looks fine, but I'd like a opinion on what's the best way to look after it. That being said, a knowledgeable person will probably tell me it'll outlive both me and my wife - but it pays to be sure. Any recommendations on local people close to MM?
