Selling a Qualos Junior metal lathe. 4-inch centre height by 14-inches between-centres, backgeared, screwcutting and gap-bed lathe in good condition. Working before we started painting it. Then we got offered a Hercus a price we couldn't pass up. :U

At the moment it's in easy to transport pieces. comes with a 240v single phase motor and a homemade bench. Most of the parts have been degreased and painted hammertone gunmetal grey. The headstock and bed casting is not repainted. We had it running prior to stripping it. Comes with a set of the plastic back gears and a nice english made 3 jaw chuck, and live centre. The only issue with is is that the half nut (also engineering plastic of some kind) is damaged. We were planning on getting one made from brass.
A pre-paint picture below, but can supply more on request. Pick up is in Northcote, Victoria. This is a solid little lathe, and if we had the room we'd keep it, but the Hercus takes all available space. Let me know if you have any questions.
