Glued together 8 pine boards width ways that equals roughly 570 wide and 1400 long. Was going to be used as desk top with simple saw horse looking legs.
each board has a dowel roughly ever 300mm or so holding it all together and used titebond 3 to put it together.
As it has warped is there any way I can save it? Like end caps or something? Even sawing each panel off and regluing in different grain orientations or something as I can simply re dowel. Or no dowels?
Not sure what I did wrong as I thought gluing small panels of wood long grain os better than one large piece as it avoids shrinkage and warp.
Or is it that the pine is too moist and is adjusting to the different temp? I can leave it clamped down for a while if that helps remove it
Cheers everyone
